Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms before buying. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Patterns Inc ("we", "us"), operating landjob.in.

2. What you are buying

A digital product: view-only access to a Google Sheet of recently funded startups in Bengaluru, with LinkedIn and X profile links, plus a guide and DM templates. The sheet is updated every week at no extra charge for as long as we keep publishing it. An optional add-on (role-wise DM and follow-up templates) is sold separately at checkout and is never added unless you choose it.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown in Indian rupees on the page before you pay and is inclusive of applicable taxes. A launch price of ₹199 applies to a limited number of buyers; after that the price is ₹500. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

4. Access

Access is given to the Gmail address you enter at checkout, within a few minutes of payment. It is personal to you. Please enter your address carefully; we cannot give access to an address that is not a Gmail account unless we agree this with you by email.

5. Licence and acceptable use

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the sheet for your own job search. You must not copy, download, resell, republish or share the sheet or its contents, or share your access with others. We may remove access without refund if you break this rule.

6. Your responsibility

The sheet is a research aid. We do not promise any reply, interview, offer or outcome from any startup, and we do not represent any of the companies listed. Information comes from public sources and may change; check details before you act. Use the profile links responsibly and respect the people you contact.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to your order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
