Cancellation and Refund Policy

7-day refund

If the product is not what we described on the page, email us within 7 days of payment and we will refund you in full.

How the rule works

• The refund applies when the sheet does not match its description on the page. Changing your mind after getting access is not a reason for refund.
• Request it by emailing help.landjob@gmail.com from, or mentioning, the Gmail address you used at checkout. Tell us what did not match.
• When we refund you, your access to the sheet and any add-on is removed.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or UPI app may take 5 to 7 working days to show it.

The add-on

The optional add-on can be refunded on the same terms. If only the add-on is refunded, your access to the main sheet stays.

Cancellation

An order cannot be cancelled once payment is complete and access has been given, other than through the refund rule above. If you started a payment but it failed, nothing is charged to you. If money was deducted without access, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
