What we collect, and why
- Name: to address you and to identify your order.
- Gmail address: to give you access to the sheet and to send your access email.
- Phone number: passed to Razorpay to process your payment, and used to contact you about your order if something goes wrong.
- Payment metadata: order ID, payment ID, amount and status, so we can confirm your payment, give access and process refunds. Razorpay handles your card, UPI or bank details. We never see or store them.
Cookies and tracking
We use the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. They set cookies and collect information about how you use this page (pages viewed, clicks, device and browser details), to measure our advertising and improve the page. When you buy, we may also send Meta your purchase event so it can attribute the sale. With it we send your email address and phone number in hashed form, and your IP address and browser user-agent unhashed, for ad measurement. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.
We also use PostHog for product analytics and session replays, which record how you use this page (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and device details). Text you type into form fields is masked and is not recorded. When you buy, our server sends PostHog a purchase event containing only the order id, the amount, whether the add-on was bought and whether it was a launch-price order, linked to your browsing session; it does not include your name, email address or phone number.
Who we share it with
Razorpay (payments), Google (to give access to the sheet and send email), Meta, Microsoft and PostHog (as described above), and our hosting provider. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to run the service, handle refunds or disputes, and meet tax and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to help.landjob@gmail.com. We will act on the request unless the law requires us to keep the records.
Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, and to raise a grievance about how it is handled. To use any of these rights or to raise a grievance, write to our support email. We will respond within a reasonable time.
